Signature Property Finance has appointed Olive Bainbridge as Sales & Marketing lead, strengthening the team as the specialist lender continues to grow its presence across the UK bridging and development finance market.
Bainbridge brings broad experience to the position, with over 5 years across business operations, communications and stakeholder engagement within the property sector, developing a strong commercial understanding alongside hands-on experience supporting senior teams and business growth initiatives.

With more than five years of experience supporting senior teams in the property finance sector, Olive brings a commercially focused approach to marketing and events, with a track record of managing large broker databases, coordinating targeted communications campaigns and organising events in collaboration with introducers, surveyors and legal professionals.
